On this page I’ve compiled all my favorite resources and skills to deal with mental health issues. This is obviously not a replacement for professional support but hopefully it serves as an easily accessible bank of tools. I’d highly recommend using this site to cope ahead if you foresee a distressing situation and don’t know how you’d deal with it.
